I like how the fondant dries and is grab-able after without getting messy. Do you have a chocolate pourable fondant recipe where one doesn't use a chocolate ganache--since that is messy to transfer b/c it doesn't seem to dry... transferring seems a challenge onto muffin papers with a ganache.
