We've been making your sourdough waffles but using all freshly milled whole wheat for years now and they are a family favorite! http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/high-fiber-sourdough-waffles-recipe We also like the cornmeal/rye ones from the KA Whole Grain book. You just can't go wrong with waffles. :) Everyone who eats our all whole wheat waffles always exclaim how light and fluffy they are and can't possibly be whole grain!
