How much buttermilk powder / water would you recommend using? I'm thinking a little less than half a cup of powder and the full one and three fourths cups of water? I always get confused trying to figure out the conversion. :) Thanks for what looks like a great recipe! I'm a big KA fan. I think you're right on, Catie - that's what I'd do. Enjoy - PJH
