I try a different recipe each year, but may well be sticking with this one.
I had Nonfat Greek Yogurt, so used 6oz of that but added another ~TBSP of butter to make up for the lost fat. Delicious!

My only question, what is the purpose of the TBSP of milk, poured over the batter?
