My question is about biscotti not quite done enough. I combined 2 KAF recipes. I used the whole wheat butter pecan recipe but using the "mix ins" from the whole wheat chocolate raspberry recipe. Now they are out of the oven for more than 24 hours but I'm not happy with the texture, not crunchy enough. Can I return them to 300 degree oven for a 3rd bake? Many thanks!
