This recipe is very good! I made these biscottis with pistachos, cranberries and a bit of almond extract instead of the pistacho flavor, they came out amazing! I m just wondering what rack you use in the oven, i used the middle rack and they were still getting too toasted in the bottom so i removed them at 30 min. Thank you for the recipe :)
