Try cutting back on the eggs. Or consider replacing one egg with 2 egg whites. Another suggestion is to replace the eggs completely with flax meal. For every large egg combine 1 T. flax meal with 3 T. water. Wait until it becomes gel-like. Good luck! Elisabeth@KAF
