Hello, I'm excited to make this recipe this weekend. I noticed in your blog, the brioche requires 3 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk. Just wanted to let you know that the print version of the recipe only states 3 eggs, it doesn't include the additional yolk. Thanks for a great new dessert to try! That extra yolk got left out of the recipe, but now it's there, thanks to your eagle eyes! PJH
