All of us know someone who would appreciate such a nice gift. Thank you. Liz, my favorite brownie recipe is our guaranteed Fudge Brownies. I'll be shipping them this afternoon. I bake them in a parchment-lined pan, so they turn out of the pan without sticking. Let them cool completely, then wrap in plastic wrap, sealing completely; then foil. Then into a box with some bubble wrap. I usually send USPS Priority mail, but since I want to be sure they get there by Friday, I think I'll send them UPS second-day. They're moist enough that they seem to do just fine either way. PJH
