Hello, I am sorry I can't help with the name, and am instead asking another question-- is it possible to use regular (liquid) milk instead of the dry milk in recipes such as this? Thank you. I have loved reading your blog posts-- They're very inspiring! Yes, Allison, substitute the liquid milk for the lukewarm water - should be just fine. PJH
