Could it possibly be sugar brioche, Normand brioche or Zurich brioche? I found those names on a website of mouthwatering pastries. See below. http://www.labriocheuae.com/special.php?catid=13&page=2 I hate it when I can't remember a name. So frustrating! I've been wanting to make brioche for about 25 years since I first saw it in a McCall's cooking school recipe. Guess I'll finally get around to it since I discovered King Arthur Flour!
