No idea about the name, but I did "stuffed" brioches last week, I filled mine with Nutella y dulce de leche, if you want to look at http://enmicocinahoy.blogspot.com/2011/03/brioches-rellenos-con-manjar-dulce-de.html But stuffed with pastry cream sound delicious too! Dulce de leche - great idea! PJH
