tarte au sucre? Did a Google looking for French sounding names paired with cream-filled brioche. Mostly, I turned up "cream-filled brioche." Including a copy of this very blog entry complete with photographs under some other name. Not tarte au sucre... Glad we're showing up in search! :) PJH
