*sighs* Even searching in French all I could dredge up was Choumicha which is a Moroccan recipe for a brioche pastry with vanilla pastry cream which appears to be popular in the south of France. (Did find a rather awesome looking recipe for brioche with melted chocolate that looks like mini hamburgers, so all was not lost.) You can get absolutely lost in Googling recipes, can't you? Time just flies by... PJH
