Although I have been visiting the Riviera for more than 20 years, I had never had the ubiquitous Tarte Tropezienne (my husband is against them, has never been a fan of pastry cream). Was served a tiny one at the end of a lovely restaurant meal and knew I had to recreate ASAP. Went to trusty KAF and of course you have a recipe. Can’t wait to get home and try it—merci mille fois!
