I cannot wait to try these rolls. They remind me of Vienna Rolls. Since I left RI there is nothing remotely close to this type of roll in GA. Although I am fairly new to bread baking, I find it to be very satisfactory compared to the overpriced soft rolls from the market. Thank you King Arthur Flour. Good luck with these, Marietta - I think you'll find they're very close to Vienna rolls... PJH
