These look delightful - I will definitely have to make them! Do you have any recommendations on when would be good to freeze them, if you can't eat them all at once? (Midway through the process, or post-baking?) Thanks! I recommend freezing them after baking. Enjoy! ~Amy You could also freeze the dough after its first rise; or shape the rolls, let them rise up to the point where they go into the fridge, then freeze.Once frozen, take them off the baking sheet, and wrap airtight. And of course, leave enough time to thaw overnight in the fridge when you're ready to bake. Cheers- PJH
