I have to make these rolls the day before Thanksgiving due events that will interfere with rising times & assembly that morning.. I was hoping to make them thanksgiving eve, then bake them thanksgiving day. Given the photo you posted, more time in the fridge is not ideal. Dare I bake them on Thanksgiving Eve? Will they still be fresh? Thanks!
