Please clarify for me. The instructions say to cover with wrap and rise for 1-2 hours. The next step is "cover with wrap" and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. These are 2 separate risings right? I'm confused because why does it say cover the second time when they are already covered? That made me think maybe there is an error. Thanks
