I was in the south for vacation last week. We bought some "water rolls" from Publix. They were very tasty. I've never been able to get anything like it in Michigan. I made what I thought was a comparable recipe and it was a bust. I am thrilled to find this recipe! Here it is 5pm and I am trying to make up for today's failure by making this recipe. The starter has been prepared. OOPS, now reading the blog I see 5pm is WAY TOO early for overnight. I popped my starter in the refrigerator right now. Before I head to bed, I plan to pull it back out for the overnight. Will this be ok?
