I had an absolute failure with the recipe, all my fault. I'll be trying again this weekend. That said, it would be helpful to add some of your comments, e.g., how long to knead what speed for using the stand mixer, to the recipe. I couldn't find my way to your write up (search on hard rolls didn't find it) and ended up at the original recipe. I'm new enough that I don't find the qualitative comments about what the dough should look like as helpful as length of time and machine speed. I eventually found my way to your write up on Pinterest.
