We were reminiscing about trips to Europe and eating crusty rolls for breakfast as we toured the cities. That was 20 years ago but my husband thought if I made some it would be nice. Hmm. I’m a novice baker at best. I’ve read everything. Well, I made the starter and getting ready for bed as I get my cats and dog tucked in. Guess I see how it goes tomorrow. Thank you for all the information. I need it, as a retired RN I love the details. Fingers crossed!
