Hi Dan, We haven't tested this recipe using a food processor, but it shouldn't be an issue. Just be sure you don't over-knead it. The blog discourages an overnight proof, the rolls don't rise very much. If it's your only option, it can be done, but the quality of the roll will suffer. Happy baking!
