LOVE these, can't say enough about these. Anyone who tries them asks where I got them from and say you can't find bread like that any longer. I followed the recipe using my mixer and did not get a good rise, tried again by hand and poof! Beautiful rise. I love kneading by hand and watching it come together. Perfection!
