I made this recipe from the recipe book a few weeks ago, and it was a total failure. They were hockey pucks. The online recipe has some changes -- less yeast (1/4 instead of 1/2 tsp for the dough), less water for the wash (1/3 not 1/2 cup), and 2 - 3 hour final rise in the fridge instead of overnight, and a baking time of 20 - 25 rather than 30 - 35 minutes). They were much better! Next time I'll make them a little larger, maybe 8 rolls for the batch.
