I am making these rolls as well and I did my starter with APF and I am doing the rest of the rolls with Bread Flour as well . I cannot wait to see how they turn out :) I am making 48 for a party . I even thought about using half APF and half Bread flour no matter which I do I am sure the rolls will turn out a bit crunchy and light inside its all about the BREAD !
