This recipe is a bit misleading in the instructions, it wasn’t until the following day right before dinner when I read the comments that I realized “overnight” just meant a few hours and that I’d ruin them if I left the dough for too long on the first rise. It would be so much better to have this written out as a complete recipe rather than just the incomplete explanation with pictures. Sad that we had to use store bought bread with our lentil soup and chuck these in the bin ☹️
