WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!! Moved from NJ to SC and have been unable to find rolls worth their dough! These are luscious!!! I was not aware when i started how long they took to prepare, but worth every second! I used King Arthur Bread Flour and carefully followed all steps...when time to rise, i let rise after formed for 1.5 hrs then in refrigerator for 2 hours..preheated oven 425, popped in for 12 minutes ( 6 per baking sheet), then swapped the ones in the top and bottom to keep baking even. My husband is so happy!!!!! And I must say, I am also....thank you so very much!!! This is a keeper for sure!!!!!
