Hi William, we'll need to hear a bit more about your process and ingredients before deducing the cause of the flat rolls. It's possible that the rolls are being left to rise for too long, so they simply deflate once they're slashed and baked. There are a number of other things we'll need to rule out as well, like the kind of yeast and flour you're using, so we encourage you to give our Baker's Hotline a call at 855-371-BAKE(2253) when you're ready to troubleshoot further.
