I felt like I followed the instructions but ended up with "hockey pucks" instead of "baseballs" ... flavor good crunch good but only one inch tall. Several recipes I have tried result in flat loaves/rolls etc. I'm weighing ingredients, measuring carefully blah blah but something is obviously wrong with my process. I'm at a tad below 1500 feet, so altitude should not be an issue me thinks
any general suggestions?
