I have been trying to recreate some parbaked rolls that look almost exactly like these--but they are Parmesan rolls. They have all of the same ingredients with just 2 additions--mozzarella and Parmesan. I know it's backed into the roll, and not added on top. Do you think I could add the cheeses right after kneading?or at another stage? Thanks!
