Yum! Sounds great on most anything! I love carmel and salted caramels are one of my favorites! I was thinking of banana myself, or piped into the center for a nice surprise! :-) Is it stable enough to pipe inside, or should it be thickened/stabilized with something? It's a pretty soft icing, so I'd say definitely use the meringue powder, and chill the icing before piping into the centers. Let me know how it goes. ~ MaryJane
