How does making the biscuits with buttermilk/vs. reg. milk compare? Obviously, the baking soda would react the the acidic buttermilk, but do they come out the same way with either liquid? Thanks! As long as you use baking soda with the buttermilk to balance the acid/alkali, you should be fine. The acid is known to make the biscuits more tender. ~Amy
