Is the mixed spice a replacement for the cinnamon in the cinnamon-sugar, or does it replace the nutmeg in the recipe? It sounds interesting. And these sound yummy, either way. Judging from the previous comments, I believe it replaces the cinnamon in the sugar coating. Folks, jump right in if I'm wrong! ~ MaryJane
