YUM!! Sounds like a nice variation on English Muffins. I love the idea of baking them on a griddle. I will definitely try these--and thanks for the Welsh lesson! Wish someone a Happy St. David's Day tomorrow, Annzie - in Welsh. If you can! :) PJH
