Hi Kristina, we don't have a conversion for making this recipe with vegetable oil in place of the butter, however, you could certainly substitute a non-dairy butter replacer, such as Earth Balance Buttery Sticks or other Vegan Butter substitutes 1:1 for the butter called for in the Welsh Cakes recipe.
