Made this bread Saturday. It is very nice. Sorry to say I don't find Cabot products here in Florida where I live, but used a pkg of colby and monterey jack blend and it tasted fine anyway. This recipe is so easy and turns out so good, I almost felt guilty taking credit for baking it. I'm sure it will be even better using only good cheddar.
