Hi Amanda! We are thrilled to hear that your croissants and Danish were huge hits! For a glaze, many bakers will brush a simple syrup over the just baked treats as they come out of the oven. We have a great recipe for one here: Simple Syrup Other bakers will thin out some apricot jam (and then strain it if necessary) and brush that over the pastry (much like is done for fresh fruit tarts). That can add some nice shine and sweetness to your treats as well. Happy Baking!
