Thanks for the excellent step by step guide. It filled in a lot of blanks in the recipe and made my batch turn out near perfect on my first ever try. Only thing I had an issue with was the cooking time so I'd add a warning to look at the rolls after the first bake and adjust the second bake accordingly. My first batch were quite over done. Second batch I cut the 350 bake time to 5 min and they were much better.
