Hi Larry, since we're not at high-altitude here in Vermont it's difficult for us to develop specific altitude adjustments for our recipes, but we do have this high-altitude baking guide that you can consult. As far as your croissant dough sticky buns, check out this recipe, which uses our croissant dough in a similar way. Baking time might be a bit shorter for your sticky bun version, so check early and often! Or you might also want to consider this recipe, which isn't from our website, but sounds exactly like what you want to bake.
