I love meringues, but every time I have tried to bake them here in Idaho (right around 5,000 ft.) they never work out. Do you have any tips for making these cookies at a high altitude? Elisabeth, I think if you call our hotline (802-649-3717) they can help you out. They'll need to know what doesn't work out - are they dense? Crumbly? Moist? Best to talk this one out on the phone...
