I adore this blog, and have learned so much about baking in the past couple of years reading it. I enjoy reading back through old posts, and love reading the new ones. I am much more creative and confident in the kitchen. I love your products, and the community of bakers. Also I can't wait to make these meringues. I LOVE maple. I must say I am quite intrigued by the date sugar another person mentioned, where would I find it? My kiddos love dates, and I would love to find new ways to use date anything.
