I skimmed the comments and couldn't find this ? So: The recipe has larger meringues baking for 1 hr plus 3 hrs or overnight once the oven is off. The blog has small meringues baking for 2 hours plus 3 hours or overnight.

Are both correct? It seems smaller should be for less time...

I'm planning to use brown sugar and natural maple extract with a dusting of maple sugar. I just can't afford to keep buying maple sugar.
