These are sooooooooooooo EASY to make! AND, even though I always prefer to try a recipe exactly as written, with all the listed ingredients, I was curious to see how a slight change-up of two ingredients would work relative to flavor/taste, and also with regard to how many Weight Watchers points would result. Substituting both Fat Free Cream Cheese, as well as Fat Free Sour Cream, it scored an A-OK for flavor/taste, and was only 4 WW's points for each of the 16 servings!!!!!!!!!!!! And of course I used Vanilla Crush! It's a neat way to lose weight while still having your cheesecake and eating it too! Thanks PJ! I've made it twice! I made it instead of Favorite Fudge Birthday cake one day last week, since I knew the later would be over the top in WW's points. However I ate too much and I didn't end up losing anything last week.......but hey, didn't gain either. Made it again yesterday and will stick to the allowed servings relative to my daily points.
