My husband is allergic to chocolate, so when I saw your suggestion for these, my ears (eyes) perked up. Made them for him this weekend and his comment was "best thing you've ever made!" And I bake regularly, so, he has things to compare to. I've never been a big cheesecake maker, but these were simple and straightforward. And delicious. Thank you!
