I had a desire for something and couldn't quite figure it out. Now I know....something creamy and VERY vanilla. I am going to make this recipe today but...into JUMBO muffins. Not quite a bite will satisfy me. I made a lot of cheesecakes in my day and now make ALL my cheesecake batter in my food processor. It elimates the problem of air bubbles and over mixing the batter. Also..I do find the Vanilla Bean Crush is very floral tasting and sweet and I prefer the regular Nielsen-Massey vanilla. Just my opinion. Thanks KA again for a beautiful recipe.
