I have a question, how long would this cheescake keep? I want to make these right now but my fiance will be in town only the next friday. Would the cheescake be still fine by then? Thanks. No, cheesecake has a short self life. The cake is not going to hold for a week. Figure 4 days maximum in the pan and 24 hours for the little hearts once they are cut out. Frank @ KAF.
