From out-of-the-box thinking: Could you make this on a stick? Is it possible to make it thick enough to stay on? maybe frozen to be removed just before serving? frozen, then dipped in chocolate to help secure it's place? it would be yum-on-a-schtik. just thinking out loud..... thank you so much This "could" be made into bars, placed on a stick, frozen, dipped and enjoyed frozen. However, due to the consistency of the cheese cake and the added weight of the chocolate, as soon as it begins to come back to room temperature, it will break free of the stick. Give it a try.
