Quick question : When you're making the crust, how do you know how much butter to add to the crumbs, and when is the crust done baking? It always confuses me, I follow the recipe, but I want to know how to judge by myself!
A graham cracker crust has enough butter when you can squeeze a handful and the mixture holds together. The crust is done baking when it feels a little crunchy and may be starting to brown around the edges. ~Amy @KAF
