Question: I have a heart-shaped silicone muffin pan and I was wondering if you think I could just bake mini cheesecakes in it. I think I might make a test batch and see how this works. Hopefully they'll just slide right out of the silicone... any thoughts? Should work just fine, Lindsey. You'll need to adjust the baking time to the smaller pans, that's all. PJH
